Barcode & RFID Solutions for ORACLE® Applications and databases

BARCODE 2000 is now Certified for Oracle WMS & MSCA XML 3rd Party Labeling Software!

Unibar provides professional barcode and label printing solutions for Oracle Applications. RFID Smart Label printing is now available.  Products are available on UNIX, Linux, and Microsoft, supporting Oracle 8i, 11i. All popular barcode types are available, including 2D. Users include Gear for Sports, GE Medical, ESCO, Nova Machine, Royal Appliance, Technicolor (Thomson), DRS Training and Systems, Tootsie Roll and many more.

There are three methods of implementing barcoding or labels with Oracle Applications:

  1. The first is to implement labels or add barcodes "under Oracle Reports". the advantage of this method is that it is transparent to the end user. To add barcodes to Oracle Reports use BARZ_OUT Pro, see links below. To add barcode labels as a report see the BARCODE 2000 Information. View the PowerPoint Presentation for information on implementing Unibar Solutions.

  2. Use std I/O interface to the products for labels just pipe or shell out to the Label Formatter with a delimited flat file.  Do this from PL/SQL or your application, for barcodes in a document pipe the print stream through BARZ_OUT Pro. This is the method to use for database users or Oracle Applications. OA users can of course use it as well.

Barcodes in your reports use BARZ_OUT PRO   Print labels use BARCODE 2000

  3. Certified XML Interface is available for Oracle Mobile Supply Chain and WMS modules as well as general use.
